YADとは – About

2009年より各地でアートイベントを開催してきたアートイベントオーガナイズ集団「artmania」が、横浜のアートシーンを活性化するために開催するアートイベント、それが『YOKOHAMA ART DEPARTMENT』。

新進気鋭のアーティスト達の様々なジャンルの作品が、アーティストそれぞれの展示エリアにおいて自由に展示・発表・販売されるクリエイター、アートファンの為のイベントです。YOKOHAMA ART DEPARTMENTは、アーティストと来場者を繋ぎ、誰にでもある「表現したい！」という気持ちを応援します。

どんなに才能が豊かでも、発表しなければチャンスは作れません。しかし、アーティスト同士が出会い、交流することによって大きなムーブメントを起こし、チャンスをつかみましょう。

Heartを込めて製作したアート作品や日常を彩る雑貨、アーティストとの交流、映像パフォーマンス、YOKOHAMA ART DEPARTMENTで新しい出会いの輪を広げていきましょう。

Art event organizing team “artmania”, started various art event in 2009, hold the art event in Yokohama for Yokohama art scene. YOKOHAMA ART DEPARTMENT is the event for art fans and also artists/creators!

There are art works of various genres of the artists who are young and spirited, and sold / exhibited in an exhibition area of the each artist. YOKOHAMA ART DEPARTMENT joins by artists and art fans.  We support everyone’s feeling like “I want to express it!”.

You cannot make the chance how rich talent is , if you do not tell the world. However, an encounter between artists and interchange cause a big movement, and let’s get a chance. The art work with all Heart and the goods coloring daily life, interchange with the artist, movie performances and so much more.
